Can I import data from VendSoft, Cantaloupe Seed, or Parlevel?+
Yes. During onboarding you can upload CSV exports of machines, products, and route history. Our team will help you migrate on the Growth and Enterprise plans.
Which telemetry providers do you integrate with?+
VendFlow works out of the box with Cantaloupe, Nayax, and PayRange. We also support manual inventory logging for non-connected machines.
Is my data secure?+
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use row-level security to ensure operators only see their own data, and we never store raw card numbers — only transaction summaries from your telemetry provider.
